Wines
Wine is a fermented drink derived from grapes. This fermentation is caused by the metabolic action of yeasts convert grape sugars into ethyl alcohol and gas as carbon dioxide. However, wine is a sum of a set of environmental factors such as climate, latitude or altitude without forgetting that also depends on the type of grape used in the process.
