The whiskey is obtained through the distillation of a fermented mash of grains such as barley, wheat, malt, rye or corn, and then aged in wooden barrels, traditionally white oak. This alcoholic drink is sold with an alcohol content of between 40 and 62% by volume. There are different types depending on their composition Whiysky and processing (malt, grain) or according to their origin (Scottish, Canadian, American, Irish, Welsh, Japanese).
