Cider is an alcoholic beverage fermented low-alcohol (3% Vol - Vol 8%) produced from fermented apple juice. We can differentiate between natural and sparkling cider. The latter follows a process similar to that of Cava or Champagne. It is a drink widespread throughout the world and can be found in a wide variety of countries and cultures.
